To all actors and the pro-industry supporters, expanding our markets, protecting the industry from regulatory overreach, addressing legislation that threatens to drive up business costs, substandard materials/work, bringing power to local contractors, advocating for project funding and a pro-growth business climate overrides any other important matter within the built industry. The Building and Construction Experts Association of Kenya is dedicated to fulfilling these primary missions. To avoid overstretching the members who are currently grappling with harsh economic crisis, BCEAK has introduced Building & Construction Advocacy Fund (BCAF) to help pull resources towards achieving the aforementioned.
The Fund serves as an indispensable tool for safeguarding and advancing construction interests at both National and County Government levels.

Having the right data helps us make the case for vital legislative priorities. Conducting research is not cheap and the funds we receive helps us in getting the accurate data.

By investing in women, this industry will get a new shelf of life. We want to see women not being victimized by the other gender in construction sites. Women must be respected and we want to bring sanity within the industry where women have a voice.

The judicial system has the power to damage or improve the business climate just as much as elected officials and government departments. The Judiciary exist to help address maters presented to them. When we fail to reach out, they can’t rule on their own motion. The Fund is ready to fight any law, rule, or precedent that threatens our members and the industry..

Telling Your Story to our legislators, BCEAK’s experienced Government Affairs team is actively lobbying key decision makers and national leaders on behalf of our voiceless member. Whether it is meeting with legislators or administration officials, we effectively promote policies that result in a more favorable business environment for our members and your company.

Influencing key opinion leaders and influencers often means first ensuring the general public is on our side on any given issue. The Fund provides BCEAK with the resources needed to hold successful public relations events, produce media buys, and deploy issue advocacy.
